If Not This, Then That:
⬇️🥚 To decrease protein, omit protein powder and decrease cottage cheese serving.
⬇️🥯 To decrease carbs, use half amount of fresh berries.
⬆️ 🥑To increase fat, add sliced almonds.
Ingredients
725 grams of fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
1132 grams of small curd, fat-free cottage cheese
2 squeezes of liquid stevia
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 scoop of vanilla-flavored egg white protein powder (optional)
Preparation
Wash all berries; set aside.
Add cottage cheese, liquid stevia, vanilla extract, and protein powder to blend.
Toss in fresh berries on top.
Blend until well mixed.
Separate "cheesecake" into 5 mason jars.
